01 / WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Your Responsibilities As A Buyer

  • Pay the agreed purchase price in full, plus any delivery cost if applicable
  • Never leave your puppy outside unsupervised, even briefly
  • Provide proper food, water, shelter, routine vet care, and daily affection
  • Understand that temperament is sound at handoff, but behavior afterward is outside our control once the puppy is in your care
  • Expect an occasional friendly check-in from us to see how you're both doing
02 / WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Our Commitment To You

  • A puppy in confirmed good health, with registration paperwork included
  • A temperament that's been evaluated and is sound before going home
  • Full records of vaccinations and deworming completed to date
03 / FIRST VET VISIT

Getting Checked Out Early

Book a vet exam within 72 hours of pickup. If a licensed vet traces a health issue back to us, return the puppy and we'll cover the trip home and refund you in full.

04 / IF THINGS CHANGE

Rehoming & Ownership Changes

  • Can't keep your puppy? Come to us first — we'll take them back and help find a new home
  • Not the right fit in the first 30 days? We'll issue a full refund
  • Passing the puppy to someone else always needs our sign-off beforehand
Never an option: surrendering or selling this puppy to a shelter, pet store, lab, or similar organization, under any circumstance.
